Privacy notice
Punta Gorda Seawall Repair is a quote-request service. This page says what we collect when you ask for quotes, who gets it and what you can ask us to do. Last updated October 2026.
What the quote form collects
Only what you type or choose into the form. Name and either an email address or a phone number are required to send it. Everything else is optional or a choice from a list.
If you message us on WhatsApp or by email instead, we get whatever you send, including photos and your phone number or email address.

The form also sends the page it was submitted from, the first page you opened in that browser session and the site that referred you, so we can tell which pages help people.
Who receives it
Us. The form is emailed to us. FormSubmit, a third-party form service, carries the message from the form to our inbox and acts as a processor for us. It has its own privacy practices.
Local contractors. We share your request with the independent local marine contractors who may quote the job, so they can contact you. Once a contractor has your details, how they use them is between you and them, and they may keep their own copy.
WhatsApp. If you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the message passes through WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy.
We do not sell your details.
Cookies and analytics
To record where a request came from, the quote form keeps the first page you opened and the referring site in your browser's session storage. It is cleared when you close the tab or browser, and it is only sent to us if you submit the form.
At the time of writing the site does not run an analytics service. If we add one, such as Google Analytics, it may set cookies to count visits, and we will update this page when we do.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete the details you sent, correct them, or tell us not to pass your request on. Use the email button below and say which request it was.
We can delete what we hold. Contractors who already received your request keep their own copy, so contact them directly to ask about that.
This notice may change as the site does. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
